Another Lovely Tudor - 1348 E Princeton Ave

Time to look at our last Tudor example for the month. Today we’re looking at 1348 Princeton Ave in Sugarhouse. As you can see from the exterior picture below, this home has the now familiar steeply pitched roofs and curved eave embellishment. This one also has a tile roof that was common in both Sugarhouse during the era it was built (1920s) and its style.

Once inside you can see the original door with that gorgeous leaded glass window (swoon!), the simple, yet beautiful fireplace, and built-in alcoves in the walls. You can also see the windows grouped together rather than one large window. This home also has a very original bathroom. The sink is an original floating sink and that tub is framed in that lovely arch. The honeycomb tile is not likely original, but is very similar to what was probably put in when it was built.
