Sometimes we get to see a home that has been loved and lived in by one family for a very long time. 463 6th Ave is one of those homes. It has such great character, but is also in need of some love to bring it back to its former glory at the same time.

This home was built in 1892 and seems structurally sound. Many of its original details remain - door hardware, maple and fir floors, windows, fireplace and shelves, some lighting, and woodwork. I’m not sure if the kitchen is original, but it’s at least 100 years old. I love it. I’d probably change the countertops and add more cabinetry, but I’d keep all the old I could. It’s in great shape. It’s been on the market for a week already. I can’t believe it hasn’t sold yet.
