Real Estate Market Update December 2024

The most recent data on home sales in Salt Lake County are from October. We’re continuing to see houses sit on the market for longer, but we’re also seeing more houses sell over the last year. Prices have gone up a little which is good, but nowhere near the double-digit increases we were seeing two years ago.
In my opinion, this is a much more sustainable, balanced market. It’s a much fairer market even though it is a little less exciting. :)
