Real Estate Market Update April 2025

The most recent Salt Lake real estate market stats are in. They were in February and things were still slow - slower then the same time last year. Median days on market were 52 days, and prices were up about 2.7% over last year. Since we’ve been having a slow start to spring, the market hasn’t quite kicked off into that spring market yet. I expect that to happen in the next few weeks.
