My Local Favorites...Sushi
/I get to spotlight another of my favorite local businesses today. This time it's my favorite place to get sushi. To be honest, I'm pretty picky when it comes to fish. (My husband would say that last sentence is very generous.) I don't like my fish to taste "fishy." I know, I'm weird.
That being said, we have been eating at Sakana Sushi Bar in West Jordan once every month or two for the past 5 years and it has always met my "fishy" standards. They are consistently good and always reasonably priced. And one of my favorite things about them is that they are a local company.
Sakana Sushi Bar is located at 7626 Campus View Drive in Jordan Landing in West Jordan. I'll put a link to their website below with their menu and happy hour and lunch specials. I highly recommend it.
