Housing Market Update for Salt Lake County

The most recent update from the Utah MLS shows prices in August were only about 2% higher than last year and more houses are selling this year too. Houses are taking a little longer (about 3 days) to sell than they were last year. The market is much more balanced than it has been in the last few years. Buyers are getting a bit of a breather.
