I want to show you one more Victorian home this month before we move on to another style next month. This house is at 321 E St in the Salt Lake City Avenues neighborhood. I’ll link to the details of the home below.

This home is a bit more subdued than the property we looked at last week in Kamas. The home is a 3 story with curved exterior walls (swoon) a large front porch, and a steep roof line. Inside we see multiple ornate fireplaces, lots of gorgeous woodwork and a simple restored kitchen. This property was converted to three separate units at some point in its history, but it still shows the lovely bones it has had since 1906.
