265 C St is a 1903 home whose owner, Mark, has meticulously restored it over the last few years. I have been lucky enough to have been invited in to see its progress throughout the restoration. It’s nearly complete now and on the market. Just the finish work is left and it’s a place where you can come in and give input on how that finish work will look.
