My open house this weekend takes me to 763 4th Ave. I'll be there Sunday morning from 1-4 pm. I'm not holding an open on Saturday because I'll be at the Avenues Street Fair all day. I'll post a link below to info on that. Come by if you're in the area. It's tons of fun.
