Since I’m talking about Victorian homes this month I want to show you this beauty in Kamas that is currently for sale. It’s at 82 N 100 W and has just under 2500 square feet of pure potential. I’ll put a link to the property details at the end of this post.

The outside of the home has the classic Victorian details we discussed last week - differently textured surfaces, ornate gingerbread decorations, two stories, and steep varied roof peaks and dormers. It’s gorgeous!

Inside you’ll see some other characteristics - wood floors and trim, windows of all different sizes, and a simple original kitchen. I think this house would be so much fun to restore to it’s original glory. Add some colors to the outside, renew the original word work, and modernize the kitchen and bathrooms. Gives me chills to think of what this lovely lady was at her beginning and what she could be again.
